Jonathan is a seasoned investment banker with over two decades of experience advising growth-stage and middle-market companies. He has led IPOs, SPACs, private placements, and M&A transactions across technology, media, and specialty finance. Earlier in his career, he founded and sold an international IT consulting firm. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Matthew Rista is an investment banking professional with deep experience in capital markets and corporate advisory. Prior to co-founding Z2 Capital, Matthew held several leadership roles in the securities industry, most recently as the Director of Investment Banking at Alexander Capital, L.P., where he advised clients on public and private equity and debt financings, M&A transactions, and strategic growth initiatives. His background spans investment banking, capital markets, institutional sales, and advisory services, with a focus on delivering disciplined execution and measurable results to emerging growth and middle-market companies across a range of industries. Matthew holds a B.S. from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and maintains Series 7, 63, 79, 82, and 24 FINRA licenses.
